Located on Pok Fu Lam Road, the Lou Residence in Hong Kong is a four-storey, 500-square-metre home that unfolds along the mountain slope and features a rooftop garden. In this residence, Per re-orchestrated the rhythm of daily life, creating a sequence of spaces that progress layer by layer, preserving the ceremonial grandeur of a luxury home while infusing it with the warmth of everyday family living.
位于薄扶林道的香港娄宅，是一座沿山势展开、拥有屋顶花园的 500 平米四层住宅。Per 在这座宅邸中重新梳理了生活节奏，让空间层层递进，既保留豪宅的仪式感，也融入家庭日常的温度。
Upon arrival at the residence, a fountain in the front courtyard establishes a calm and ceremonial atmosphere. The gentle sound of water marks the transition from the city to the home, offering a moment of pause and arrival. Entering the interior, the open-plan living room, dining area, and banquette seating are connected to form a unified public core.
The living area is furnished primarily with pieces from Flexform, Zanotta, and Liaigre, creating a balance between comfort and refinement. Viabizzuno lighting systems are used extensively throughout the space, with flexible lighting scenes controlled via a Basalte smart system, allowing light and shadow to flow naturally across the interior.
Behind the sofa sits a custom-designed side table by the PER furniture design team. Its legs extend outward in four directions, symbolizing prosperity from all sides, subtly embedding strength and blessing into the spatial narrative.
抵达住宅时，前院的喷泉首先营造出静缓的仪式感，从都市进入家中，有了水声引路的瞬间。步入室内，开放的客厅、餐厅与卡座连为一个完整的公共中心。
客厅区域主要选用了 Flexform、Zanotta 与 Liaigre 家具，舒适而精致，同时大量使用 Viabizzuno 系统灯具，通过 Basalte 智能控制系统实现光源的灵活调节，让光影在空间中自然流动。
沙发之后，是 Per 家具设计团队为此宅特制的边桌，桌脚向四方延展，寓意四方来财，也以含蓄的方式把力量与祝福融入空间。
The ground floor extends toward the rear garden, connecting seamlessly to the swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area. Interior and exterior scenes flow naturally into one another, making this level the most vibrant and socially active core of the residence.
The outdoor kitchen is furnished with Belega pieces, while the lounge areas are arranged with Fast outdoor furniture to create a relaxed and inviting setting. Floor-to-ceiling door and window systems leading outdoors utilize the Solarlux Cero III reinforced system. With its ultra-slim frames, the system allows abundant natural light and creates a seamless visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, maximizing both spatial openness and daylight penetration.
Generous proportions, cross-ventilation, and the interplay of light and air allow daily family life to extend effortlessly from the interior into the backyard, resulting in a space that feels open, adaptable, and rich in everyday vitality.
一层向后庭延伸至泳池与户外烧烤区，内外场景自然衔接，使这一层成为全宅最具生活气息与社交能量的核心。
户外区域的厨房家具选用 Belega，结合 Fast 户外家具布置休闲区域。通向户外的门窗结构使用 Solarlux Cero III 加强系统，框架极窄，采光充足，室内外景致无缝衔接，让光线与空间感得到最大化延展。
空间尺度宽阔，光风穿堂，家人的活动从室内一路延展至后院，既开放也多变。
The second floor is planned as a flexible family entertainment zone, where the media room, game room, and double bedroom are interconnected to form a flowing, duplex-like circulation. This level encourages movement and adaptability, allowing spaces to shift easily between leisure, play, and accommodation. The game room features modular tables from USM, offering a clean and flexible setup that supports studying, entertainment, and practical storage. The entertainment room is furnished with a selection of Cassina pieces, combining contemporary design language with a high level of comfort. Circulation areas are linked by Davide Groppi’s lighting system, creating a distinctive play of light and shadow. Integrated with the Basalte smart control system, the lighting atmosphere can be adjusted to suit different activities and moods throughout the day.
二层被规划为更灵活的家庭娱乐区域，娱乐房、游戏房与双人房彼此相连，形成流动的复式动线。游戏房使用 USM 的桌子组合，简约灵活，既方便学习娱乐，也能满足收纳与摆放需求。娱乐房则配备大量 Cassina 家具，兼具现代设计感与舒适度。走道使用 Davide Groppi的系统灯光串联空间，形成独特光影，同时通过 Basalte 系统实现智能控制，让光线氛围随需要调节。
The third-floor master level brings the spatial rhythm to a state of calm. In addition to the primary suite, this floor also accommodates a secondary bedroom, together forming a quiet and private residential domain. The primary bedroom is furnished with a Somn mattress, while the walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom enclose a complete private retreat. The wardrobe features Rimadesio cabinetry and storage systems, reflecting the restrained order and refined craftsmanship of Italian modern design. The en-suite bathroom of the primary bedroom incorporates a specially designed curved glass-block shower enclosure. Light refracts across the curved surfaces, creating an atmosphere that is soft, luminous, and rich in texture, offering the homeowner moments of quiet retreat in everyday life.
The secondary bedroom is illuminated by lighting from Barovier & Toso, introducing a warm, artisanal quality of light that adds depth and character to the space. Throughout the level, the bathroom system is unified through selections from Agape, ensuring continuity in both function and aesthetic expression.
三层主人层将空间节奏收束为宁静。除主卧套房外，本层亦设置一间次卧，共同构成安静而私密的居住领域。主卧配备 Somn 床垫，衣帽间与主卫围合出完整的私人空间；衣帽间选用 Rimadesio 系列橱柜与收纳系统，体现意式现代设计的克制秩序与精致工艺。主卧卫生间结合特别设计的弧形玻璃砖淋浴区，光线在弧面上折射，使浴室呈现出柔亮、通透且富有质感的氛围，为主人创造日常中的静谧时光。
次卧引入 Barovier & Toso 灯具，以柔和而富有工艺感的光线为空间增添温度与层次。全层卫浴系统统一选用 Agape，在不同空间中保持功能与美学的连续性。
The journey culminates at the rooftop garden, where the view opens up completely. Furnished with GAN outdoor furniture, the space is composed as a relaxed and comfortable rooftop retreat. Serving as the breathing point of the residence, it becomes a place where the city and nature quietly converge — an elevated terrace for everyday living.
最终抵达屋顶花园，视野豁然开放。这里以GAN户外家具布置成轻松舒适的屋顶花园，是整栋住宅的呼吸点，也是城市与自然交汇的天台居所。
